Drawbacks & Complications for templates

I've successfully managed to create a power I've taken to calling templates. It's basically a container at a 1pp/1pp ratio. The only things I need to link to it are Drawbacks and Complications so that once the "power" is taken these appear automatically. Can this be done?
 
You should be able to "bootstrap" a drawback or complication on the power, to have it appear automatically when the power is bootstrapped. To do this, click the "Bootstraps" button in the editor, click to add a bootstrap, and click the "Choose" button. If you pick "Drawbacks" from the list, you should be able to pick a drawback that is always added when the power is chosen by the user.
