Hey I think their is an error when making a dragon disciple it doesn't, allow you to pick a class to assign your bonus spells so how do i fix this or does lonewolf need to fix a bug

It's a bug (already reported in May 2016) - there hasn't been a new d20 update since then, so hopefully it will be fixed in the next release.
For now, you could activate the adjustment "Spells cast per day" - that will allow you to select the class and level, so that you actually get the bonus spell(s).
