I bought the APG and Bestiary data files tonight. I've also re-activated my license (twice), but i can't find either the APG update or the Bestiary update under "updates."

If I'm doing something wrong, it doesn't seem obvious. Any advice?

They are already part of the Pathfinder package, the license just activates them. When you have the Configure Your Hero box up, you can check the Bestiary and APG checkboxes in the Hero Settings on the right side. They are grayed out for me because I haven't purchase the packages yet, but they should be available for you. Hope that helps.
