Donning a Strenght item

In herolab, if a character dons and Belt of Physical Perfection, the program adds to his strength as a temp bonus in this fashion: x/x, with the second x being the score. However, for purposes of computing, the modified strength after donning the item does not compute carrying capacity correctly.

The item says the bonus is temp until worn for 24 hours, then the total benefits become permanent. It appears the program is making the item temp all the time. This should be able to be made permanent so the carrying capacity is computed correctly.

Can you be a little more specific? My initial tests show the encumberance levels adjusting appropriately to the enhanced strength.

What item are you using (what plus does the Belt of Physical Perfection have)? What encumberance values are you expecting to see and how does that differ from what is shown?
