Does a samurai's horse get both feats?

I've stated up my groups characters using Hero Lab and have come to a small problem. The bestiary says that horses have 2 feats. Endurance and Run(Which is a bonus feat). The thing is, Hero Lab doesn't give it either feat and I can legally only select one. So what is the right way to go about this. Should it just have one feat, or both? And if it's both can I make it "legal" in Hero Labs eyes?
 
The Samurai's horse is an animal companion, and uses the animal companion rules for that race, not the race's bestiary entry.
 
Ok thanks. I figured that was the case but I just wanted to be sure as to not screw my player something
