Is there any work around to enable me to input a Druid's animal companion into DMMinion?

I can't split off the companion as another portfolio.
When i attempt to import from dropbox i just get the druid.

What is DMMinion?

Minions (like animal companions and familiars) can't be seperated from their masters, they are always in the same portfolio.
 
DMMinion is a combat tracking app for iPad. It manages initiative, attacks etc.

It imports directly from HL portfolios
 
So I would say just have the master marked as "out of this combat" if that is an option. If not, just ignore them.
