Display the 'customize FCOs' portal

I'm currently working on a third-party class, and I've hit a bit of a snap. One of the class's FCBs adds a situational to a user-chosen Custom Special of the class for every five times it is selected. What I would like to be able to do is have the Customize Favored Class Options portal display when this is first taken, but between the FCB thing, class helper, and class thing, I cannot figure out how to bring this up.

Do non-LWD folks have access to this? How do you do it? If not, I can get the job done with workarounds, but this'll be much cleaner. For an example of what I'm talking about, a prime example is the Gnome Wizard FCB. Thanks so much!

I'm guessing the issue is that you have your FCB uniqueness set to "unique", try switching that to "no".
