Disabled license

I purchased the reactive license and have been trying to get it working on AB but it kept saying that it wasn't recognized. Finally when I tried it one last time I got a screen stating that "the license I entered has been disabled"
I've emailed tech support but was hoping I could get a quicker answer here on what's going on.

I don't know any of the specifics, so all I can do is guess. However, we take security pretty serious around here. If you tried activating your license with the incorrect email address a bunch of times in a row, your license will be automatically disabled as a security precaution. This is to ensure that someone doesn't try to "hack" another person's license by randomly trying a bunch of email addresses (which are essentially your password for the license) to activate it for themselves.

Once a license is disabled, the user needs to contact us to have it re-enabled. If someone other than the user has been trying to hack the license, then we'll issue a new license just to be safe.
