Dirty Fighting Not Fulfilling Combat Expertise pre-req

I have the feat, Dirty Fighting. It allows me to choose Improved Dirty Trick with no problem. However, it does not allow me to choose Greater Dirty Trick. The error says that I do not have Combat Expertise (which I don't, but Dirty Fighting should fill that pre-req, yes?).
