Just out of curiosity, how so? I just ask as I've not noticed any issues with
downloads of the bloodbowl files from the files section of the group for them.

Fair enough.

What about new authors? (You just set up my account, so I don't know how long
it'll be before my user info migrates over to the new site).

I redownloaded and loaded 2.2b of ABCreator and I don't get that issue when
looking at the Def info.

And now after opening that, Compositions is MUCH clearer now...

I should know better than this... (removes shoe and cracks self in head).
I'm a tech support for a software company and that's one of the first things
I ask when someone has problems... "What version of the program are you
working with"?....

I downloaded it from the link you gave the other guy.

Thanks

Robert

So Steve, how do the new files look/work?

What's new and improved? Lizardmen, Khemri, Amazons...?

Are they uprades of the old files or created from the ground up?

Give us some teaser info man! Hype it up, 'cause it's (to me) the
biggest thing to happen to Army Builder! Woo-Hoo!

=)

Thanks,

It's got all the stuff for the living rulebook, plus the khemri and necromantic
teams from BBM #3. I'm currently adding the Vampiric team, as well as the
allied and alternate dwarven teams. Most of the changes from the previous
files versions were either cosmetic, or minor team composition changes.

Downloads that don't originate from a logged in yahoogroups session would
be limited to a small trickle over some unspecified period. Once a couple
people downloaded something, others would be unable to download anything
for awhile. Attempts to contact yahoogroups yielded no response with
concrete information about the new changes, which occurred without any warning.

It's automatic. I worked it out with Robert so that I've provided a private
webpage on our server that datafilesrus.com contacts with the login info.
The response indicates whether it's a valid login or not. Once logged in,
authors have unlimited access on datafilesrus.com.

So the moment you receive notification that your author account is active
on our server, you have access to datafilesrus.com. This way, Robert
doesn't have to do anything special on his end and there's no migration
delay. It's quick and simple. :-)

Hope this helps,
Rob
