Your best bet is to try it and see. Although I will say that trying to integrate anything into the 40k files is not an eay undertaking.
Daemonhunters requires that you use units from several other army lists as well, so i would personallhy recommend that you go through the tutorials first to make sure you have a healthy understranding of inheritance and augmentation.
