Hey guys,

I keep getting notification from the abfiles group about Inquistor
files being available. When I use the locate function they are not
there. Am I doing something wrong?

BTW I have got hold of the files bu downloading them from the link in
the message. I thought AB was supposed to avoid all of that.

Terry

Why not just wait until the codex comes out?

The AB-Files group is completely separate from AB. For data files from game
companies that endorse AB (read: everyone except GW), the release of new
data files is usually tied directly into AB. However, all data files for GW
must be distributed separately, hence the AB-Files group. Those files are
then merely "announced" through AB and a "pointer" to those files is made
available for AB to utilize.

The author of the Inquisitor files released those files a little while ago
by posting them to the AB-Files group. I just sent him the details last
night on how to announce new releases through AB's auto-notify / locator
mechanism. The Inquisitor files will hopefully be integrated through AB in
the very near future.

Thanks, Rob

Goblin Wolfriders also have 360 degree LOS and reduced range. Thanks
for the info, I hope to have a new version out early next week that
will include this fix, a few others as well as the Albion units.

If you wish to adjust the quantity of the item via "+" and "-", you will
need to use the alternate method I proposed below.

Thanks, Rob

(que hard-pounding guitars and Bruce Dickenson's eerily high pitched
voice)...

"There goes the siren that sounds out the air raid,
then comes the sound of the guns sending flak.
Out for the scramble we've got to get airborne,
got to get up for the coming attack."

Sorry, couldn't resist! I always think of the intro to Iron Maiden's "Live
After Death" album when I hear the speech above...
