It's not obscure... If people'd take the time to read more than the
army and wargear lists, there'd be a LOT less problems... IMO.

Problem is when people don't actually BUY the codex and rely on Armybuilder.
I can't tell you how many arguments I've gotten into over "Well, Armybuilder
said so..." Just because the Emperor's Champion says #Master Crafted Weapon
doesn't mean you can have the Sword be mastercrafted (because the codex says
specifically that it's the Bolt Pistol, but Army Builder doesn't specify).

Remember people, Army Builder is a tool to help you make army lists, easy
math. It is NOT a replacment for the rules.
