Hmm. I'll add an 'Elf Skills' category to the datadef... I've sent it to
you privately.

Hello!
Thank you very much for all your help. I used your Special Stuff category
for the Elf Ranger Skills. Like that everybody can use the file. If you stay
the elws category, I´ll change that when you make a new version for the
Mordheim files (Version 1.5 I assume).
Thanks again,
Dieter

Perhaps one of you could help me?
How can I get an ability to show up for every unit in one race and
then select units in other races, without having to link it to each
unit. And is it possible to have text from items appended like
options, at the end of the roster.
Any reply would be helpful

Options are used to attach skills/abilities to units. As such, there is no
way to attach an option to all units for a race automatically. You will
need to attach the option(s) to each unit that possesses the option(s). One
trick I use is to create a template (or boilerplate) unit that has all of
the options/attributes that are common for all units. I then duplicate that
unit to create each unit I need, tailoring the specifics as appropriate.
You can definitely put the descriptions of options at the end of the
roster. Use the "apnd" attribute for options and make sure to use the
"foot" qualifier so that option is treated as a footnote.
Hope this helps,
Rob
