Colonel `iron hand' straken does not take out your HQ squad. He
replace the officer in the command hq.

Sly marbo. Is not in the command . he counts as one sniper choices.

more with the tlmt command and still have not figured out what I am
doing incorrect.

I sent a reply to the list yesterday... did you get it? If not, here's a
summary:

You've defined the restricting attribute for a race you never select.
Define it for the race "xx" in an augment, and it'll work.

I suppose those would work too :)

My way would be to to define an Augment that augmented the race "xx" and
put it there, which does the same as the first thing you mentioned. I
recommend against doing that, as it requires you to remember the inhr:
attribute for every new race you create :)
