It's an odd bug. Even though you've added new stats, the construction kit
doesn't allocate space for them - you need to recompile the files from
text. Just save the file as something.txt, open a DOS prompt, and do:

abdata datadef.xxx something.txt whatever.xxx

Space will be allocated for the stats in that file, and everything will be
cool and froody.
