You need to have the "Weapons Training" skill to use it, as it isn't in
your original equipment list. Once you get that skill, select it from
the Hand to Hand Weapons item category.

It's there for a reason - it increases the number of people who use the
FAQ mechanism in Army Builder to work out simple things, rather than
emailing me to complain "ur files r wrong, scout sergeants should get
sniper rifles, thx" about it. They may be slightly irritating, but there
is a good theory behind them. Sorry :)

You will need V2.0 to use the Ravening Hordes files. V1.4 does not handle
some key requirements of WFB6, such as the graduated composition rules,
although V2.0 has added those features.
