It's because the eldar datafile has a rule saying that you must have 1
farseer for each 5 warlocks. I looked for a way to have the ulthwe file
remove that rule but I don't have enough experience with AB to make it
happen. I'm hope Colen, if anyone has mentioned this before, is planning
to fix this in the next datafile. I usually mail him when I find bugs but
I've been a bit lazy on this one.

It's implemented in a race attribute, which is why you can't find it in
the Seer Council entry.
Oddly, I got no complaints about this up until this version of the
files, since when I have got about 30 of the things. I don't mind, but
why on earth do none appear for ages and then a load turn up at once?
I'm confused

I understand but I have two farseers in the council
(as required) which means I should have 10 wrlocks
available to me. (The codex says I can have unlimited
amounts of warlocks)
So this still doesn't make sense unless we have to
actually assign the various warlocks to a farseer
somehow. I currently have 6 warlocks, three in the
council as required and 3 more in units.

ok here whats up if your play elder you can have 5 warlock with your farseer but if your play the Ulthwe Craftworld it states in the book of eldar craftworld
" THE FOLLOWING CHANGER ARE MADE TO THE CRAFTWORLD ELDAR LIST TO REPRESENT A CRAFTWORD ULTHWE ARMY:"
the most you can have of farseers in a Uthwe army is a totle of 5 farseers and and "Any number of additional warlock may be aded to the unit "
so if you get the seer council for 90 pts. you get two farseers and three warlocks in it you can add three more farseers and any amount of worlocks to you want
now that i think of that that could get nasty if you were going to make a hand to hand unit
with the farseers psychic powers ......
