As long as you *don't* use mgnt, a child unit should count against it's
own composition group (IIRC) are you sure the chariot is assigned the
correct group, and the parent doesn't have the local attribute mgnt?

Not according to Jervis. But I have seen comment that the CJ stuff is not
automatically approved for GT/GD events. Maybe we will see a nice GW
showdown!
