The Book allowas you to give the Sergant for a Space Marine Scout
unit a sniper rifle for 5 points, but the current version of the AB
files will not allow this... any idea how to correct this?

done Colen? I had assumed that an Armageddon PDF force was limited only
by the constraints laid down on page 30 of C:A. This makes certain units
unavailable and certain upgrades required. It doesn't say within these
constraints that deathworld upgrades are not available, but this could
be inferred from the preceding paragraph which says the only real
difference between normal guard and PDF is lack of access to some
specialised troops. It doesn't actually say no deathworld vet upgrades,
which considering Armageddon counts as a deathworld is strange. After
all you can take normal Hardened Vets so why can't you give them
deathworld upgrades?
Is this a ruling from GW. Sorry if you covered this in the FAQ, I
deleted the info file to speed things up It seemed to take an age
otherwise

I think you're on the wrong issue, but you've made a good point
nonetheless
Currently the 'Deathworld Veteran' ability is restricted to "imperial
guard only". This made sense when there were only the Imperial Guard and
Catachans around; now I suppose it'd be better as "non catachan only".
I'll change it for the next version.
