Thanks Colen. I can't install it because the computer says I
don't have the access to change the configuration settings. The IT
department must have the setup a certain way. I may talk with them
and see if they can do it for me. Thanks again!

I believe Army Builder needs at least 'Power User' privileges to be
installed - if you just have a 'User' account, you won't be able to install it.
