Diagnosing weight error?

Is there a good way to get fractional costs to display properly? I just realized that while the program is doing the calculation correctly, the fractional weight values are displaying as "0" in the display. I was all ready to ask how to diagnose a weight problem with the program...
 
I am testing the next set to go out. It's taking a little longer because I am including the changes needed for Interface Zero 2.0.
 
Weight. When you look at the listed weight on the mouseover for ammunition on a character, it lists it as 0; its calculating it correctly under encumbrance, but (apparently because the mouseover is rounding down) doesn't list it there.

Far as I can tell, weight isn't listed on the PDF sheets at all.
