Deleting all entries in a custom category

I've been away from RW in a while, and am a bit rusty.

Is there a way to quickly delete all topics in a specific category? I have some legacy spells that will change with the upcoming release of a new supplement, but I don't want to just replace the existing ones - I want to start fresh with the canonical set of spells, but in my current realm.

I don't think so. You can find them all, though:

Under Manage/Preferences, Navigation View, set it to one of the two that includes Category.

Switch to World Almanac or Mechanics Reference (case depending).

In the Navigation Pane Options (F6) menu, turn on Group Similar Kinds of Topic and turn off Show Containing Object Hierarchy.

Now all of your items in that category should be together in the list.

Hmm, that's going to be troublesome. I have some 200 odd spells I need to delete...

Perhaps I can fiddle with my custom category to fit the new layout, then replace each one alphabetically and delete the outdated legacy ones one at a time.

Bummer!
