Deathwatch Librarians

When creating a space marine army list (specifically Ultramarines) and selecting a Deathwatch Kill-Team as an HQ I've noticed that when the Captain is upgraded to a Librarian he's unable to take a familiar as wargear. Is there a fix for this in works?
