DDI downloader (Mac) logging out prematurely

I was quite excited (to put it lightly) that the Hero lab software has been developed for Macintosh.

I downloaded the Hero Lab (free version) hand have been trying to use the demo to see if I want to purchase it.

I have been trying to download the DDI files (I am a subscriber) but the downloader keep logging out after the Feat download is complete. I have restarted the download 3 times now and the same result occurs each time.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
