data packages not d/l?

I just bought the PF races data package Sunday and of this evening they still have not showed up on my systems mac and pc

Did you go to License -> Reactivate License to get the updated license file for your pc?

That normally resolves this kind of problem.
 
When I look at the license page I see some red tags as it says I already have some of the parts of the data sets I am wondering if Lone Wolf admin may need to go in and force the data sets to tie to my account? Might be a glitch with the way the data base interprets my files vs whats reporting on LW servers? I am a long time member so who knows...I would like this resolved soon as I would love to use these files for my new PF Rise of the Runelords game.
