Data Package Purchase Not Added

Just purchased the "Pathfinder RPG Advanced Player's Guide" Data Package add-on.

I've run the reactivate license button from within Herolab 5-6 times and it never updates anything. But when I go to manage my license online it shows correctly that I have that Data package.

When I start a new character I cannot select Advanced Player's Guide (it’s greyed out) and it says that I’m not authorized due to my license.

Please advise.
 
You don't say whether you re-started Hero Lab after each time you ran the re-activate license wizard.

When you start Hero Lab, and first get to the Pathfinder system, at the bottom of the confgure hero form is a grey section that lists what packages you do and do not own. Where does the APG show up on that list?
 
Are you using the same license on more than one machine? Are you getting any errors on launch?

Yes it restarted after every re-activation

EDIT: It finally updated - obviously not a client-side issue.
