Data Pacakge Order is Off

The list of data packages I can buy have a weird order. Here are the ones with a strange order:

Pathfinder RPG Campaign Setting:
1,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9

then directly after that is

Pathfinder RPG Player Companion:
10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 6, 7, 8, 9 (1-5 are not listed)
 
Not wierd at all, they are sorted alphabetically, so all the numbers starting with 1, then all the numbers starting with 2, etc.
