i make an army list with Army builder & i see a possible error about the magic weapon of Kouran.

Blade of Ensorcelled Iron: Gives +1 to hit in close combat.
but in army builder the same weapon give :
Blade of Ensorcelled Iron: +1 to hit and strike first
please say to me, what's the good version ?
