Two things i see wrong:

1) there is no wych archite in the list of HQ choices.

2) splinter cannon is marked heavy when it should be assualt
 
I am unable to recreate your errors.

Do you have the most recent update either thru AB or from our website.

A suggestion would be to delete your current ab40k folder and then re-download the latest version.

What version of the AB software are you using?
