Damage increased by level

Ok, I can't seem to figure this one out. I have a character class that needs a breath weapon that increases damage at every level. How do I do this without putting it in repeatedly as a class special ability? Is there a bootstrap or something that I need to be able to make this work?
 
i think you would have to make it an eval script. that way you could control it. im not at my hero lab, but doesnt the sorceror have this if their bloodline is dragonic? I would look at that to see how thats done.
