[CV-Beta] Question regarding Languages

I just got confirmation from Ray Lau that all French versions use the same card
art as the English versions, so that means I can just use one art tag with
"en+fr" for languages, and then use a <language> tag for the french card text
(once I get it all sorted out).

So, I have inventory capability for the French cards ready, and the text will
follow later.

I don't have all the promos in yet, but that text is ready to add right in very
soon. Given that I have to move ClanWar.com tonight, I will release this new
version now, and will release a new version with the last of the promo cards
later this week.
