Custom Weapons and Armor

Is there a way to add a custom Weapon or Armor to my character? I know I can in HLC, however, I am not seeing the option in HLO P2e Demo.

Also, just adding a +1 on getting a groups License. Till there is a firm option, I am holding off on signing up. My wife and I both use but buying 2x of everything is not in the budget on the fixed income we have. :(
 
Click INTO the weapon or Armor to get to the options to add special materials or adding runes.

You no longer have to add a “Special” custom weapon you just upgrade your weapons/armor to magic..
