Custom template for beastiary monsters

Hi. I'm looking to create a template for the Grimm from RWBY for my Pathfinder based game. I've got one put together, but for some reason, it won't show up in the Template list when I load a beastiary monster. It's frustrating, because it shows as a standard template for character classes, but not monsters, which is kind of the point of this template.

What am I doing wrong? I'm attaching the file I put together for reference.

You've turned on the source that this template is in once you load the monster? If you're downloading from the encounter builder, only the official sources will be turned on for those monsters, and for the earlier ones (like bestiary 1 and 2), very often they'll have only the minimum sources needed for that character.
