Request: How do I create custom SINs?

:confused:: For our games, we use a custom sliding scale of cost for a SIN by rating. I am ok with having a separate entry for each SIN, rating. I have done a lot of custom entry for D&D, but can't seem to locate where to add custom SINs in the editor.
