It would be more helpful if you attached a copy of the user file with the feat so that people can check your coding.
In any case:
Did you assign a SOURCE to your feat, and if so, did you select the source on your hero? Did you save and "Test now" before trying to add the feat to the character?

When you are on the Buy Data Package website you can search for name of the book ("Dragon Empires Primer"). That will tell you the name of the bundle/data set to buy. In this case "Pathfinder RPG Player Companion #7".

I have to assume you didn't do Test Now or restart HL? Cause the feat displays for me when I loaded up your .user file. :confused:

I did all that! But it's a moot point now... I just bought the data package.
