Custom Race traits for Race builder?

Is there a way to make a custom race trait for the race builder? For instance I want to put in the android race, but emotionless is not in the list of weaknesses so how would I put it in?
 
Open the editor and go to the "Custom Race Trait" tab. You should be able to create it there.
