Custom Point Buy?

For Homebrew high fantasy purposes, can the point buy starting value be altered? Such as 36 points in place of the default 27. I understand that I could just select Pick/Roll, but I would like to keep the point buy calculation intact.
 
I don't know if you found your answer, but you can make a new creation method with the editor and set the new creation method point total to whatever you want. You have to reload the game in order for it to work.
