Custom out put issue

On all custom output sheets I am getting the same error. in the Weapon critical range box I am getting a Capital A with Umlaut an an [two dots]
a dash and a 2. Does any one know what migh be causeing this

I am using the current firefox browser
 
It has to do with the Character Encoding; it works if you change it to Unicode (Menu > View > Text Encoding > Unicode).
