Custom Magic Item : Ring of Shield. Doable?

My DM gave me a Ring of Shield with 3 charges /day.

Before I attempt to go mucking attempting to learn how to create it, someone with a bit more knowledge than me, let me know if it sounds doable?
 
Nevermind. I think I added it. Was trying to figure out why my unique ID wasn't setting....it was one character too long.
