Custom items - purchase/use/properties

So ... Custom Gear covers many things. But...

  1. I defined a custom "drug" as available IOC. Cost=5, Bulk=0, and added the first dose while creating it. Yay!
  2. I want to add more (purchse them) since they are standard, not unique loot. How do I buy more (without repeating Create Custom gear)?
  3. How do I consume some, rather than selling it?
  4. I notice that as "Gear" each dose has HP 6, Hardness 6... I can't see how to customise that. But it's just a friable pill. Not 6 HP!
