M&M 3rd ed. Custom Costs for skills

Is it possible to write up something that makes skills 3 ranks per pp except for the Close Combat and Ranged Combat skills which stay at 2 ranks per pp?
 
Not currently; that's something that would be quite tricky to do, too. :( I'll put this on our list to look at for a future release and see if we can work something out.

It seems to be a very common house-rule so I thought I'd ask.

Hmm... is it possible to use the Editor to create a skill that doesn't cost the same as the others? Doing that ye could make the Close/Ranged Combat that cost 2/pp and just apply the "Skills are 3/pp" house-rule already in Hero Lab
