Custom Character Advancement

Hey all,

I am a newer user of Hero Labs and I am trying to figure out how to use the editor to create an alternate method for advancement.

I would like to use the PahfinderSociety rules as a base but instead of 3xp per level, I would like to use 15xp per level.

I found this tread: http://forums.wolflair.com/showthread.php?t=12198, but either it is incomplete or out of date.

Any advice?
