I think the Empire Cult of Ulric army list should be upgraded to the Chronicles 2004 version which is the official one and legal for tournament play.
 
What are the differences between the 2004 list and the older list?
I'm not sure if Robert has the Chronicals or not but it would certainly help him I'm sure...
 
I don't have Empire army book at hand but I presume the one that's currently included in AB files is some back-of-the-book army list.

The Chronicles 2004 version has new units, new magic items and its own special rule set. It is much more different from standard Empire army than the Cult of Ulric which is now in the files.
 
I am glad to hear this. This is the one beef I have had with moving to AB 3 was that the "official" cult of Ulric was not included in the data files. It has alot of similarities to the Middenland list, but very little in common with the back of the book "optional" list now included.
