IDK if this is possible, but is there a way to have a custom ability, (feat, power etc.), be able to choose from all abilities from a certain type and/or group?

Examples:

Pick this custom ability and you can chose from any Vampire template ability.

or

Pick this custom ability and you can chose from any Witch class ability.
