Creatures inheriting traits from parent class

I am trying to create a creature tree for dragons, that goes from dragons to branch into metallic and chromatic, and then from there to the different colors/metals. Is there a way to have all of the traits for a certain dragon types to carry over when I create a dragon of a type. For instance, under the Black Dragon topic, I create a specific black dragon, I would like for it to automatically import/ populate things like element and alignment that is the same for all black dragons.

No. RW doesn't work that way. The simplest way to get what you want is to copy the material from the higher level topic into the lower level one.

No, but you can clone the Black Dragon topic, and modify it accordingly for your specific black dragon. I do like this all the time :)

I finally got around to trying this, but I do not see any option to copy/clone the topic. Am I missing something simple?
