Creating Magic Items

I'm doing Deadlands Reloaded and am trying to use Editor to create some items that have attributes: Example: Rabbits foot that gives +1 on notice checks. I went through the tutorial and seemed like 'creating magic items was the best option, but when I went to editor there was no tab for creating magic items. So my question is, if I want to create an item that has some type of edge to it such as +1 on a particular trait, is that not something I can do in Hero Labs?
