Creating custom magic items

I'm looking for any documentation/how-to's on creating custom items. I'm starting with something simple - a ring that gives +2 deflection and +4 STR.

I'm using the Pathfinder gameset.

That video is part of a 4 part series. You can find a link for all four parts HERE. They should pretty much walk you through doing what you want using turning a cloak of resistance (+ to saves) into a cloak of protection(+ to AC).
