Creating Army Builder Files

How does one create the core Army Builder file (eg. datadef.bfg)?. As
far as I've seen you don't create it with AB Creator. I was going to
work on one for Necromundia (Unless someone has got one out already?).

One fine day in the middle of the night, tmadsen@air.on.ca got up to

You have to use a text editor and abdef.exe. Check constkit.rtf, the
first section.
