Creating a data file need help

okay, I am totaly lost here. I am trying to put togother a datafile for the new daemons of chaos book. I cant seem to find any "instructions" as to how to actualy use the authoring tool. If you know how or happen to know a link to a website that has a guide for creating a datafile for AB3.1 that would be great.
 
You should have downloaded the instructions when you downloaded ABCreator. Look for the authoring kit in the menu.
